1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the RepsFinder mobile application ("App"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

RepsFinder reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Service Description

RepsFinder is an informational mobile application that:

• Aggregates and displays product listings from third-party Chinese e-commerce platforms (Weidian, Taobao, Tmall, 1688)
• Provides price comparison across third-party shopping agents
• Offers AI-powered product recommendations and information
• Links to third-party shopping agent websites for purchase

RepsFinder does NOT: sell products, hold inventory, process payments for goods, ship items, or act as an agent. We are solely an informational intermediary.

3. Permitted Use

You may use RepsFinder for personal, non-commercial purposes to discover and compare products. You may use the affiliate links provided to register with shopping agents and make purchases for personal use.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction regarding import, trademarks, or intellectual property
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the App's source code
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
• Resell or redistribute content from the App without permission

4. Prohibited Use

You expressly agree NOT to use RepsFinder to:

• Facilitate the commercial resale of replica products in violation of trademark laws
• Engage in any activity that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Purchase items that are illegal in your country of residence
• Use the App for any purpose related to counterfeit currency, fraudulent documents, or illegal substances

RepsFinder cooperates with law enforcement and reserves the right to terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and brand names displayed in the App belong to their respective owners. RepsFinder does not claim ownership of any third-party trademarks. Product images and descriptions are sourced from public listings and remain the property of their original creators or sellers.

The RepsFinder application, its source code, design, and original content are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission.

6. Third-Party Links & Purchases

RepsFinder contains links to third-party websites (shopping agents). We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for:

• The products, services, or content on third-party websites
• The accuracy of product descriptions or pricing on third-party sites
• Delivery, shipment, or customs clearance of purchased items
• Payment processing or refunds from third-party agents
• Quality or authenticity of items purchased through third-party agents

Any transaction or interaction with a third-party agent is solely between you and that agent. RepsFinder is not a party to any purchase contract.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• RepsFinder is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• RepsFinder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App.
• RepsFinder's total liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount you paid to RepsFinder in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• RepsFinder is not responsible for customs seizures, lost packages, or any issues arising from third-party purchasing agents.

8. Affiliate Disclosure

RepsFinder earns commissions through affiliate links when users register or make purchases through linked shopping agents. This comes at no additional cost to you. All affiliate relationships are disclosed. The commissions help support the development and maintenance of the App.

The shopping agent links provided within the App are affiliate links. By using these links, you support RepsFinder at no extra cost. We only partner with agents that meet our verification criteria.

9. Disclaimer on Replica Products

RepsFinder provides information about replica (reproduction) products. These products are manufactured by third parties and may resemble trademarked or copyrighted designs. RepsFinder does not manufacture, sell, or ship any products. Users are solely responsible for:

• Verifying the legality of purchasing and importing replica items in their country
• Understanding local customs regulations and import duties
• Any legal consequences arising from purchasing replica products

10. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of RepsFinder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.

For users in the European Union, you may also have rights under your local consumer protection laws, which remain unaffected by this clause.

11. Termination

RepsFinder reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Provisions related to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and applicable law survive termination.
