2. Data we collect
RepsFinder is a static informational website that does not collect personal data directly. We have no registration forms, we do not request payment data and we do not actively collect personal information.
However, this website uses the following third-party services that may collect certain information:
2.1. Three.js CDN
We use the Three.js library from the cdnjs.cloudflare.com CDN for the site's 3D visual effects. When this resource is loaded, your IP address may be visible to the CDN provider (Cloudflare).
2.2. AI Virtual Try-On (FAL.ai)
Our AI virtual try-on tool is optional and only activates if you choose to upload a photo. If you use it, your photo and the selected product image are sent to our server and forwarded to FAL.ai, a third-party AI image-generation provider, solely to generate the try-on preview. The photo is stored on our server only temporarily and is deleted automatically once the preview is generated or if generation fails. We limit usage to 3 try-ons per day per IP address to prevent abuse. See FAL.ai's own privacy policy for how they handle images during processing.
2.3. Affiliate links
Our links to shopping agents (Kakobuy, USFans, Litbuy) are affiliate links. When you click them, the destination agent may collect information according to its own privacy policy. These links are governed exclusively by the policies of the destination site.

4. Purpose of processing
Since we do not collect personal data directly, there is no data processing for our own purposes beyond what is necessary for the technical provision of the website (loading resources from CDNs, DNS resolution, etc.).
5. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing the necessary technical data (such as the IP address for loading resources) is the legitimate interest in ensuring the proper functioning of the website (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR).
6. Data retention
RepsFinder does not store personal data. Technical data (server logs, if any) is retained for a maximum of 30 days for security and diagnostic purposes.
7. Recipients and international transfers
We do not share personal data with third parties, except the photo you voluntarily upload to the AI virtual try-on tool, which is sent to FAL.ai for processing as described in section 2.2. Resources loaded from CDNs may also involve international data transfers (for example, to Cloudflare's or FAL.ai's servers), which are covered by the applicable standard contractual clauses and adequacy decisions.
8. User rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, port and restrict the processing of your data, as well as to object to its processing. Since RepsFinder does not collect personal data directly, if you wish to exercise your rights in relation to the third-party services mentioned, you should contact them directly.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you consider that your rights have been violated.
9. Security measures
We have adopted the necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security of data, in accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR. The website is served over HTTPS, ensuring encrypted communications.
10. Minors
This website is not intended for children under 14. If you are under 14, you need the consent of your parents or guardians to use this website.
11. Modifications
RepsFinder reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy to adapt it to legislative developments or changes to the website. Modifications will be published on this page.
