2. Data we collect

Most pages are informational and do not require an account. When the try-on is used, RepsFinder processes the visitor’s IP address and a browser-derived fingerprint (stored as a hash with the IP) to enforce daily limits and prevent abuse. The server also issues a one-use nonce linked to the IP address for up to 30 minutes. We do not request payment details.

However, this website uses the following third-party services that may collect certain information:

2.1. Three.js CDN

We use the Three.js library from the cdnjs.cloudflare.com CDN for the site's 3D visual effects. When this resource is loaded, your IP address may be visible to the CDN provider (Cloudflare).

2.2. AI Virtual Try-On (Google Gemini API)

Our AI virtual try-on tool is optional. It can use a catalog model or a photo you upload. The person image, selected product images and generation prompt are sent from our server to the Google Gemini API to create the preview. Uploaded originals are processed in memory and are not written to disk by RepsFinder. Generated previews are cached on our server for up to 90 days; cleanup runs periodically and may take longer. A preview uses a URL derived from a hash of the model and outfit so the browser can display it. The image URL is not protected by user authentication: anyone who obtains the exact URL can view it until cleanup. It is marked noindex, which is a search-engine directive, not an access-control measure. Do not upload an image unless you are comfortable sending it to Google for processing. Google’s handling depends on the Gemini API service tier and terms; see Gemini API terms and Google’s data-retention information. Usage is limited to 3 uncached try-ons per day per IP address.

2.3. Affiliate links

Our links to shopping agents (Kakobuy, USFans, Litbuy) are affiliate links. When you click them, the destination agent may collect information according to its own privacy policy. These links are governed exclusively by the policies of the destination site.

3. Cookies

This website does not set first-party cookies. It does store the cookie-banner choice (accepted or rejected) in browser local storage. For details about this preference storage and third-party resources, see our Cookie Policy.

4. Purpose of processing

We process request and quota data to operate the site, protect the try-on service from abuse, and deliver requested previews. We also load third-party resources on some pages, which disclose ordinary connection data such as the IP address to those providers.

5. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing the necessary technical data (such as the IP address for loading resources) is the legitimate interest in ensuring the proper functioning of the website (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR).

6. Data retention

Daily quota counters containing IP addresses and hashed fingerprints are reset when the day changes. Try-on nonces expire after 30 minutes. Generated previews are subject to periodic cleanup after 90 days, which may run later than the target date. Hosting and PHP error-log retention is controlled by the hosting provider and should be confirmed with that provider.

7. Recipients and international transfers

When the try-on is used, image data and the prompt are sent to Google through the Gemini API. Some pages load resources from Cloudflare’s CDN. Affiliate links take visitors to the agents’ own websites. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy information; see the links above and the relevant provider policies.

8. User rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, port and restrict the processing of your data, as well as to object to its processing. You may contact RepsFinder at the address below with privacy requests concerning data processed by the site. For data processed independently by Google, Cloudflare or an affiliate destination, you may also need to contact that provider directly.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you consider that your rights have been violated.

9. Security measures

We have adopted the necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security of data, in accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR. The website is served over HTTPS, ensuring encrypted communications.

10. Minors

This website is not intended for children under 14. If you are under 14, you need the consent of your parents or guardians to use this website.

11. Modifications

RepsFinder reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy to adapt it to legislative developments or changes to the website. Modifications will be published on this page.
