Step by step: your first order on Kakobuy

On the Kakobuy homepage you'll see a huge search bar. Paste there the Weidian or Taobao link of the product you want to buy. Kakobuy will load the product page with the price in yuan.
Choose the variant you want (size, color, model). If the seller has several options, they'll appear in a dropdown. Check carefully because there are no changes once purchased.
The product is added to your cart. You can keep adding more products from different sellers. When you're ready, go to the cart and pay. Kakobuy accepts cards (Visa/Mastercard), PayPal, bank transfer and Alipay. Cards have a 3-5% fee.
Kakobuy buys the product from the Chinese seller and receives it at its warehouse. Within 2-5 days they'll send you 5 free QC photos of the real product. Review them carefully: check stitching, logos, colors and, if it's footwear, ask them to measure the insole.
If the product looks good, give GL and Kakobuy prepares it for shipping. If you spot a defect, give RL, explain the reason and you can request an exchange or refund.
When all your products have GL, go to "Warehouse" and select the ones you want to ship together. Choose the shipping method: economy takes 7-12 days to Spain (from ~€15/kg), express 5-8 days (from ~€40/kg). Pay for shipping and wait for your parcel.
